Butterfly Pull ups
Pull ups during the first WOD. 12min AMRAP: 5 Pull ups, 10 push ups, 20 squats, 200m run.

Push ups during the first WOD. 12min AMRAP: 5 Pull ups, 10 push ups, 20 squats, 200m run.

Power Snatch
Immediately following the first wod, you had 3 minutes to find your 1RM Snatch.

Squat Snatch
I ended up failing on this lift. The bar was too far forward. Ended with 155lbs snatch, 10lbs off my PR.

Cluster
The third wod was a "21-15-9" squat clean/thruster and burpees onto a plate. You then had 3 minutes to get max double unders. I ended up with a time of a bit over 9 minutes and 147 double unders.

Team Smackdown
A couple guys from the team from that day. Starting from the left, Nick, Tino (one of the other coaches) and myself.
Tino placed 14th, Nick finished 19th and I came in 20th, all in the Rx divsion. Awesome day!!
