TRX 40/40 CHALLENGE
Some of you may say I have an affinity for crazy workouts. I would have to agree with you. So, in keeping with that theme, I present to you the TRX 40/40 Challenge. The goal is simple: perform as many Atomic Push Ups as possible, rest for 1 minute, then perform as many as Low Rows as possible. Easy enough, right!? Here's my first attempt at the challenge...
As the last slide said, I'll be training for the next 6 weeks for my next attempt for 40/40!!
